10 Days Uganda Motorbike Gorilla Trekking Safari and Wildlife safaris: This 10 Days Uganda Motorbike Gorilla Trekking Safari and Wildlife safaris takes you through 3 prominent Ugandan national parks with breath taking scenery. The safari starts in Kampala through Lake Mburo, Where you get to see a number of wildlife Game while on the back of your motorbike. Have a night at Mihingo Lodge. You then proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest national park. Spend a night at Ichumbi gorilla lodge. The morrow of that day you get to trek the rear mountain gorillas then proceed to Ishasha the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth National park. you will then explore more on the north to do a boat cruise on Kazinga Channel. The safari will then proceed through Fort portal then ride back to Kampala.
At 7 a.m, our guide, driver/mechanic and the support vehicle will meet you at your hotel ready to set off for the safari. You will spend the night at Mihingo Lodge, one of the most highly rated lodges in Uganda. Each room at the lodge is self-contained and accommodation will be arranged according to your request. The lodge has a lively bar and restaurant with a great view overlooking the park.
In the morning, you will go for a game drive with the bikes. In the afternoon, you have the choice to go for another game drive, horseback riding, bird watching on a boat ride, or relax by the pool and enjoy the spectacular view that Mihingo Lodge has to offer.
Early departure from Mihingo Lodge before the long but beautiful journey to Kisoro. Kisoro is located under the peaks of the Mufumbiro Mountains, which are part of the Virunga Mountains and home to rare mountain gorillas. Mountain scenery, colorful markets, and volcano trekking are available options for visitors to Kisoro. You will be staying at the Icumbi Gorilla Lodge.
This day is reserved for gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. It is located in southwestern Uganda on the edge of the western arm of the Great East African Rift Valley. One of the few places in the world where the mountain gorilla can be seen. Expect a fun but challenging hike.
The Ishasha sector is notably recognized for its resident Tree climbing lions that are an exceptional attraction. In the southern section of this park, the Lions are now and again spotted hanging on branches of huge fig trees. You will stay at the stunning Enjojo Lodge.
Take a game ride in the vicinity of tree climbing lions and then retire for another night at the Enjojo Lodge.
Beautiful ride through one of uganda’s biggest national park. During this journey you have the possibility to see elephants, buffaloes, lions, antilopes and many other animals. You will stay at the Mweya Safari Lodge.
Queen Elizabeth National Park occupies an estimated 1,978 square kilometers (764 sq mi). The park extends from Lake George in the north-east to Lake Edward in the south-west and includes the Kazinga Channel connecting the two lakes. The park was founded in 1952 as Kazinga National Park. It was renamed two years later to commemorate a visit by Queen Elizabeth II. Queen Elizabeth National Park is known for its wildlife, including African buffalo, Ugandan kob, hippopotamus, Nile crocodile, African bush elephant, African leopard, lion, and chimpanzee. It is home to 95 mammal species and over 500 bird species.
One last game drive in the park before heading to Fort Portal. You will stay at the Papaya Lake Lodge, another very highly rated lodge. It’s known for its magical view over the beautiful crater lake that guests can swim.
After breakfast you will ride/drive towards Kampala. You will have a stopover in Mubende where you will have lunch. The bikes will be dropped at the Lake Victoria Serena. This is the end of your safari.
